This was the sweetest, most touching day at school. The kids are the ones who orchestrate the entire program to honor their teachers. It is year end here and this is their ceremony to thank and bless their teachers. All the kids arrived in festive outfits from their culture - some Hindi, Fijian, Rotuan. Each class put on a skit or performed a dance. The teachers were each commended by someone from their class and given a fresh flower and raffia adornment. And gifted one of these lovely little packages. There was a huge buffet we all contributed to and there were fun and games all afternoon.
